How to find a massage person.....

... at a reasonable price who doesn't turn out to be a busty blonde offering extras for a few quid more?

I have really messed up muscles in my back, and it is through stress and tension - a full massage would help soooo much!

I have no idea how to go about finding one, or what sort of price ranges they are!!! (skint - as always)

Look at your local spas I'm sure one of them has an excellent masseuse( This is their professional title)

I couldn't spell it so gave up
