And they stayed 45 mins and said that they were phoning the estate agents with an offer tomorrow

Yes and I had 7 viewings in that time and cancelled 2 (one was another 2nd viewing)

We sold our house within the week (all the houses for sale in our road since Christmas have sold within a week ). Accepted the offer last week of Jan - have been on the verge of exchanging contracts for the last fortnight
