who also owns the pub. So who do i complain to other than the police? He tried to punch my bf in the face for no reason at all, this isnt the first time he has lost his temper at customers and noone does anything about it. Bf actually wants to know the info as it happened to him, but i figure someone on here will know the answer, tia.

Ridiculous. If the landlord wanted to sort it out, he would have replied.

Silly, silly man.

Let us know what the licensing people and the police say.

it's completely stupid, surely he knows. at the age of 46 that it is just wrong to try and punch someone in the face!

he is just being stubborn

My son climbed up a metal staircase attached to the pub ..just being nosey where it went to.The landlady caught them on the stairs and told them off.
The next day i went to speak to her..she wasnt there so we ordered a meal.
The next thing she came flying over to our table in front of 40 people accusing my son of trying to enter her home.Screaming and shouting drawing attention...would not listen ..hes a kid ..he was curious ..there was no keep out sign ..or private property sign ..she would not even listen to me.
She is a manager not the owner..refused to give me her surname or pub company /boss information.
My son was in tears i wss humiliated...what do i do
