Hello, my mother just forwarded me an email from someone using the term 'dh' so I wondered if it was an MNer. Thanking her for a workshop she ran last weekend on making miniature fruit (don't ask!). Was it you? If so, glad you enjoyed it.

No, it wasn't me, I'm afraid - I don't have any artistic/crafty skills at all. But I'm glad the other janh (I assume?) enjoyed it too

Hey ho, just thought I should check given JanH and 'dh'. Wonder who she is, then.

Without wishing in any way to take anything away from our own dear Janh, dh is actually in widespread use on the internet. I've seen it used on several Yahoo groups and lots of blogs, so I think it must predate MN.

Of course, just thought it was worth a punt. My mother's been getting fan mail from all the people who did her workshop and keeps forwarding the messages to me so I can see how clever she is, bless her. (And she is very talented if you are into 1/12 scale miniatures)
