Help house some Italian girls in Kent

I have some friends from Italy coming over and need to find them somewhere to stay for approx 3 months. They want to improve their English and so are also looking for work.
They are hoping to arrive around the end of March and will be able to stay with me for a week, but thats it.

Do you know of anyone who can help?

they obviously don't mind paying for there accommodation the problem seems to be the fact that they only want to stay for 3 months and nearly all landlords want 6 months!

what about advertising them for au-pairs ? could try gumtree ?

What sort of work are they looking for? What sort of accomodation. together or seperate. Girls or boys. Age?

They don't have any au pair qualifications
Any work that involves speaking english. so far all I've found is call centre work speaking italian not ideal.

accomodation together ideally but seperate if near by eg same town
