I had an 80s party a while back - DH wore black trousers, black shirt & thin white tie. We also had 3 Don Johnsons (pale suits with sleeves rolled up) & a Wham (shorts & fingerless gloves) & also Ska - suit & pork pie hat/ shades

A suit with bright coloured lining, red braces, bottle of champagne, fat cigar and a Filofax.
