Boasting Mummy Alert - Ds2 heard this week that he got a First in his psychology degree!!!! He's worked so hard and really deserves it.

Not only that, he's been offered research work over the summer and a PhD place from Oct, in organisational psychology, studying how hospital operating theatre teams interact and work with each other.

When ds2 was a little boy struggling to overcome severe asthma I really never ever thought he could achieve anything like this. I can't stop grinning.

Ohmigoodness, only just logged on today and so many lovely messages!! Thank you, thank you, thank you, everyone. We celebrated last night but I can see no reason not to do the same tonight and also when ds2 comes over for his tea tomorrow as well, hee hee.

Tigermoth, I'm not just planning to tell ds2's old school, I'm going to send one of those cheesy Graduation photos into the local paper. He'll kill me.

Ds tells me he's actually going to be going into operating theatres and intensive care units with the research - seeing as you can't even say the word 'poo' without him almost passing out I'm not sure how that's going to work, tee hee!
