No stress?? Bring forced to drive a Skoda??????

tribpot · 28/02/2007 22:15

Let me state and here and now: I love my Skoda, I say bring it on Very economical, very reliable, and value for money is excellent. Well done the VVV dp!

Pann · 28/02/2007 22:16

may I refer you to the Style Section?

NomDePlume · 28/02/2007 22:17

It is 100% beyond me why VW didn't rebrand Skoda when they bought them. It's not like there was any badge prestige attached to it (quite the opposite).

tribpot · 28/02/2007 22:24

But we Skodistas positively like that - yeah, unfashionable brand = cheaper prices, it's all good! I have a Fabia vRS, it goes like the flipping clappers, and with every customisation under the sun it was 13 grand brand new. (Admittedly we were driving an S2000 before then).

franca70 · 28/02/2007 22:28

lol at pann.
however I really think it's quite cool

Oh, brilliant!

DH1 is taking the piss... I'll whack him for you, OK?

Ah, he's come round to it. "At least it's not a French car..." Only took about 10 seconds

tortoiseSHELL · 28/02/2007 22:41

I love my Skoda! And I love it being a Skoda!

Aero · 28/02/2007 22:45

We loved our Skoda too and only changed it to accomodate the friends we bring home from school from time to time. At that point Skoda didn't make a 7 seater or we'd have bought it! Cheap and reliable - what more can you ask? Good call QV.

VeniVidiVickiQV · 28/02/2007 23:01

Yay! Its a T reg Felicia. Red, 5 door, he got it for £950. Got a free cushion thrown in - one lady owner

Hunker, yes, give him a slap, and then ask him what he thinks of citroens then

OP posts:
hunkerdave · 28/02/2007 23:16

Oh, Citroens aren't French, they're Flemish. Or something

pointydog · 28/02/2007 23:51

I don't give much of a monkeys about my skoda because I wouldn't give much of a monkeys about any car

VeniVidiVickiQV · 28/02/2007 23:58
