Incompent company of the week award... goes jointly to Ikea and Dell. I advise all mumsnetters to not have anything to do with either of them!!! Firstly IKEA, had put the incorrect delivery time on my delivery sheet, wouldn't answer the phone, didn't respond to my email, I had to drive to the store to change it, then they deliver the order damaged and here we go again ARRGGHHH!!!
Secondly, DELL!! Don't buy a computer from Dell, because if you have a problem with it they connect you to a call centre at the other side of the world!!! ARRGGHHH again!!!
