Dora the Explorer MAGAZINE and DVD Subscription - Anyone recieved it?

I have subscribed to this dora the explorer mag and dvd and they have taken the first Direct debit yet I haven't recieved anything and I have just tried to ring and when I try to talk to someone the phone goes dead! Do you think i've been conned and should cancel the direct debit or is that being too hasty.
Anyone else recieved theirs?

write a letter saying that you have not received goods for which payment has been taken, send it recorded delivery because then you can check the name of the person who signed for the parcel. not sure at the moment what else i can suggest.
