babysitters! what is the going rate for a 16 yr old?

using a babysitter tonight for the first time and i wondered what the going rate was? i live in the south east

for how long

3 or 4 hours

15-20 quid

but would ask how much does she charge
and then add on a little extra

that will be to keep her if she is a good one

dont forget to give her groundrules etc like no parties

and have a lovely night

thanks! its her first time, so not sure how much she is expecting! she is apparently great with kids, but i am still very nervous! my 2 never wake up, but you just KNOW they will tonight!

dd is 15 and gets £3.50 hr but is picked up and dropped home as well (thats at our request.)
