I eat more when I'm stressed, so... I was not exactly surprised when I got into my dress and realised that if I breathed too deeply the zipper will be ruined!

No I put on a couple of pounds because I was nearly 3 months pregnant!

yes it was me jampot I am not getting married for 18mths though.

Yes, almost half a stone! Did cut back on snacks but no real diet.

I lost about half a stone, not exactly on purpose but was conscious of wanting the dress to fit well. It was the slimmest I've ever been. Stress of negotiating with my mother helped the weight loss tremendously.

yes. not heaps, but enough to make me feel great. prob btwn half stone and a stone. wasn't through trying, and wouldn't say it was through stress either... more the busy excitement that comes before a wedding

actuallt it can't have been more than half stone...

i did weight watchers and joined a gym! lost a stone and really toned up! Was so proud of myself! (can you tell ) then 12 months later got pregnant, now have it all (and more) to lose all over again!

i got married in cyprus with 30 odd of our friends and family there ao was more worried about them seeing me in a bikini than losing it for the wedding!

so glad all has worked out for you SG. and this is to the man that we had to almost guide you into his bed???
