Hi,
Just wondering if anyone has a good deal that i could look into. Currently with paying £36 a month and contract about to expire!! I know it can be a lot cheaper - don't use massive amount of minutes, but text loads!
Cheers

Thanks. I tried to haggle a new deal out of them like he suggested but the deal that they offered was nothing in comparison to some of the deals on the market. So i've cancelled my contract and asked for a code to take my number with me.
So i've got a month to find a fab new deal. Some of those 12 month free line rental sound good, has anyone had any experience of these and getting their cahback?

I have a deal with The Link for an orange phone on a £30 per month contract.
I got £60 given to me in the shop (that was nice as we had just come back from holiday), then £100 back after 6 ,9 and 12 months.
Sent bills off to claim the first cashback nearly 4 weeks ago (recorded delivery) and still waiting.
Friend did this scheme and she did get her money back eventually though she did have to chase it.
Probably not worth it for me as I only really use texts and the deal was for 200 minutes per month and 75 texts.

Still waiting for my cheque.
Will try to phone them tomorrow.
They made a deal with me and should stick to it.
More to follow.

phoned on Tuesday.
They recieved claim on the 26th Jan and printed a cheque on 16th Feb.
They then told me it takes 2-3 weeks after printing for the cheque to be delivered.
When I enquired what mail service they used that gave them such a slow service, they said " no we just hold on to it for a couple of weeks! At least they are honest.

Final message to myself!
Got the cheque on Thursday, finally.

That took a while Chestnutty! Am half thinking of a cashback deal but DH reckons it's not worth the hassle and just to pay £20-£25 a month with Orange/Virgin/whoever. Maybe he's right?
