Been a prat. Fake Lidl voucher

I can't believe it. I never normally do things like this but have just done the Facebook Lidl thing which I'm now told is fake. I filled in name, address, D of B, mobile number.
Is there any way out? Im worried about being bombarded from every angle now with marketing. I know this is desperate with almost certainly no way out as if it's a scam it won't be traceable but I'd appreciate any ideas.........

I'm brilliant at opting out I even have a dedicated spam address.

Then I gave my non tech friend my email address so she could register for the .gov system.
She used it to sign up and accept ALL contact from everyone spammy on the Internet.
My inbox averages 150 emails daily.

I think it'll be easier to change my name and serve me right for being so dim
