good do you think that a five day intensive is too intense?

I did an intensive and it was a waste of money. When I sat my test after 4 days, my driving was so bad, the examiner drove me back. When I spoke to the instructor I passed with he suggested 3 2hr lessons a week. He picked me up at work, did some teaching, then let me drive home. I did 3 weeks worth and passed no problem.

It might have just been me being crap .

I wasn't completely crap, my instructor was very laid back and he switched car on me at the last minute. Also my course should have been 5 days but he dropped the 5th and got a cancellation. I still paid the same amount I might add.

DH did one and failed miserably - I do think part of the learning is taking the time to build up skills and confidence.

i am a bit nervous wondering if it may be a waste of money £800 for five days or £1000 for a five day plus guaranteed pass , maybe i should have a couple of 2 hour lessons first,
did do about 1`0 lessons 9 years ago
