Can someone tell me what that website is where you can see who is due in court?

I don't know what court you are interested in, but if you look in the HMCS Website you will see some listings for the next day and it also provides a link to CourtServe which is partially free and partially a subscription service. These don't cover magistrates' courts, though.

I'm trying to see if someone I know has been to court yet or is due in soon.

Its Hastings Magistrates court as far as I know but I can't find what I need anywhere.

I worked at a court for a number of years and found the best way to find out is to ring the court and ask to either speak to the records office(if they have already appeared)or the list office,who will be able to tell you if the case is coming up shortly.hth
