It sure is! There are plenty of tour kiosks at Reykjavik harbour, I would just compare prices and choose there :)

I love Iceland so much, my fiance and I are getting married there next February!

Hello. We enjoyed a trip out of Akureyri, can't remember the cost, sorry.
Saw loads of humpbacks, very exciting. Also saw them from the coast in Reykjavik. We were given fishing rods on the way back and pulled cod out with each cast. These were barbecued for us when we got off the boat.
We had thermal gear supplied and gloves. It was v v cold, despite being mid June.
