Don't do it, They've had really bad reviews. I signed up with them then cancelled within ten days after hearing bad things about them, they were on Watchdog apparently. I'm glad I did as it took 3 times for them to understand I was cancelling.

Can't say I was and moved back to BT after a while. We only moved our calls but we got plagued with marketing calls once the switch had been made. We also didn't save any money and in fact could have saved money if we'd have stayed with BT. I think some of their all round deals are sposed to be good though.

The thing is unless you cancel them within ten days of signing up in other words when you haven't even connected with them yet you are locked in for 3 months whether you are happy with the service or not.

I've moved for calls, but not line rental or internet (still with BT) and I've been quite happy with them....so far

I was with BT line rental and TalkTalk for calls for ages.
We signed up for free Broadband package and have been very happy with the service.
I know several people who are with TalkTalk Broadband and are very happy.
Same as with anything, read the contract before you sign up and make sure you understand it.

I was with TalkTalk for calls and BT for line rental for ages - fine. Then I made the mistake of switching my line rental to TalkTalk. Didn't save any money, they never sent me the contract in writing, they never set up my monthly direct debit as promised, it interfered with my 1571 service when they said it wouldn't....the list goes on. I rang BT and am now back with them for both calls and line rental on a much better deal. They contacted TalkTalk for me, so there were no charges for breach of contract. TalkTalk then rang me and demanded payment of last bill, including advance line rental for next 3 months! Cheeky buggers I refused to pay the advance line rental and they grudgingly let me off that bit. I'd not recommend them at all.
