Just wanted to post this up- my DS got two for christmas so they will be going back to the shop!

Safety concern

On a small number of Light up Rattles, the battery compartment may become detached from the main body of the rattle creating a possible choking hazard. This product has been taken off the market

i saw this in the paper last week too - dd3 got one for xmas, but we've returned it and got a fiver for it
(sadly I spent it on new socks for dd1 poor dd3!)

Will they stay on though? Stuggling to find socks that stay on ds's feet? Keep losing them in supermarkets etc!

Hi, my DD got a M&S rattle for christmas but i have binned the box...can you tell me what it looks like?? Ours is a long thing with a head on the top and 3 buttons down the front which play really iritating tunes!!!

Hi Yackertyyack - its a triangle with 3 lights at each point so I don't think its the one you have (although this one also plays very annoying tunes!!!)

Thanks for that love, its not the one we have!! But I bet they all play the same tunes!!! DD seems to just hold the buttons down and play the songs over and over and over again!!! Bless her!
