Hallmark have one - I found them by typing free e-cards onto google. It arrived straight away and I got a read receipt as well.

I love Jackie Lawson ecards - sorry can't do links but you can google. They aren't free but you can pay about £6 and send as many as you want all year. They really are lovely and clever. I've used them lots and never had any spam because of it!

You could try paper comet we've used them before to send birthday cards.
