Thanks Cod, he deserves everything he gets and the verbal lashing he got from me this morning, have spoken to solicitor this morning and he also advised leaving the ins and licence details till court Tuesday morn.

i have 104 as 30 reduced to 23 months adn community penalty too so yes you can get any community thing fro drink driving. the community peanlty attached to this is shown here as " medium" so i'd agree she may be tagged, Have never heard of taggin used for stalking although you can tag someone to exclude them from certain areas ( normalyl football grounds). did it happen at night?

interestingly wewere told that you can ban someone from driving as a puncishment fro any crime! ( pref wiht a car involved but it doesnt have to be)
