The realtime map is working.

Not great news though unless you use the Jubilee line.

Hallgerda · 18/01/2007 17:34

DS1 has just got home (about an hour late). Trains along the Selhurst route from Croydon were running, but lines out of Victoria through Balham were subject to severe delays (i.e. no trains actually leaving Victoria) when he was there.

That's the sum of my knowledge, I'm afraid.

Bucketsofdynomite · 18/01/2007 17:36

Waterloo is shut.

LIZS · 18/01/2007 17:36

b*gger just told dh that Victoria seemed ok !

CountessDracula · 18/01/2007 18:09

my dh is in waterloo - it's not shut right now but there are only 2 trains on the whole board!!

would go by tube if you can cd then bus it (though district line has severe delays!)

Hallgerda · 18/01/2007 18:11

Thanks for that, BucketsofDynamite - DH is stuck on (i.e. can't get off) a train to Waterloo just outside New Malden. I'm wondering whether I'll have to rescue him.

Skribble · 18/01/2007 18:12

The realtime travel news seems too be working OK now

Pollyanna · 18/01/2007 18:16

I have just got back from Clapham Junction on a train that originated in Victoria. I got back ok (to Brighton), but don't know what is happening now.

Clapham Junction was open when I came through it less than an hour ago. It's not the closed stations it's the blimming trees that are down and delaying the trains. Still I managed to cross London... just!

LIZS · 18/01/2007 18:53

dh found a train leaving (almost an hour late ) from Victoria at just before 6 . Not sure how long it might take (35 -45 minutes normally).

Hallgerda · 18/01/2007 19:17

Waterloo's working again - DH got there and has now caught an outbound train.

Sympathies over the wisteria, batters.
