I Have been there Yorkiegirl and thought it was fab
The supermarket is great - far bigger than i expected - we managed to get stuff for fry up each morning, lunch and dinner - it's a bit like a tesco metro but bigger!

When we went 2 years ago we ate out in the evenings but had breakfast and lunch in the villa - this time we are taking BBQ etc too so we can eat all meals from the villa - definitely do-able.

Sorry Yorkiegirl, haven't been to Sherwood, but the supermarket at Elvedon was great - especially the bakery! Just wanted to add that there's 20% off for most of June at Elvedon as the rapids are closed for maintenance. So maybe see a few MNetters there!
