Ours is £40 a month.

tenbygirl · 15/01/2007 23:05

gas and electric together is £70.

tutu100 · 15/01/2007 23:11

we are paying £65 a month for electric and gas together, but that is not covering the electric we owe them £150 for the last quarter on top of the £35 a month we pay by direct debit. And we have checked and we are on the best tariffs for us. What can you do? How much is yours misdee if you don't mind me asking?

blondehelen · 15/01/2007 23:16

£84 a month for both. About £60 is electric

For a newborn... Silver Cross Sleepover or an Emmaljunga (Smart I think). Any experience of either?

misdee · 16/01/2007 00:03

emmaljunga smart is lovely. very bouncey and compatable with their toddler seats and pram boards.

Ours was £37 at our old house last year, it's only £50 for a 4 bed now.

Quootiepie · 16/01/2007 08:18

ours is at about £50/60 a week, but we are all electric and only one of the radiators is nightstorage, so the other is on full blast all the time. It stupidly high so we are thinking about underfloor heating (no gas for central heating), which should pay for itself after a year or so I think. x

misdee · 16/01/2007 09:12

£50/60 a week? are you sure?

Ours is £170 per quarter with Powergen. We have low energy bulbs, don't keep things on standby, etc. We've just changed supplier to try and reduce this (and because we've had big problems with their so-called customer service).

misdee · 16/01/2007 10:38

we have low energy bulbs everywhere. before he came home it was about £170ish a quarter. unfortunatly peter is left on standby all the time lol

Thanks misdee, it does seem lovely and bouncy. I liked the Silver Cross fabrics better though!

Hijack over...

nikkie · 16/01/2007 14:12

£30 a month
