any body technical out there needca bit of help with microsoft office

hi there
trying to put microsoft office on my laptop but keeps saying it cannot find an installation program any other stuff I have loaded has done it automatically
bit desperate as we send off a CV only for the agency to return it -they could not open it and aked us to send it back in word so dug out the microsoft office cds and getting nowhere

Are you putting in the first disk if there's more than one?

back now yes i have two discs they are 2002 and a update one but all three will not prompt the installation --normally a wizard comes up with other things I have put on like digital pics software am at a loss

hmm, can you find a run programn or an auto start if you open the cd?

can't you just cut and paste it onto an email? they can never open my docs either

not sure how to open the cd
have viewed stuff on a cd rom before but today my computer is only showing the c drive need a frustrated emoticon me thinks !!!
