Yes Obs - I have plenty of weeds in the garden that need killing**
. See my post of 12:44 after you'd had your rant about some mythical 'rules' and your right to express your opinins and feelings (in bold font capital letters) and left.
As you say, we are all allowed our views and opinions. I agree with Badders''s and Fancy's general point that you expressed yours badly. Because to me you came across as being aggressive and negative and saying that JP shouldn't bother posting anything if it wasn't actual specific dates. But that's just my opinion of what you wrote.
And that's what we've always done in here - expressed opinions and challenged them where we see fit. You say you didn't mean what other people though you meant. Whatever. We move on. Or someone gets to flounce for a bit - we haven't had one of those for a while either
Or not one where someone has taken the trouble to annouce that they're flouncing.
** for those who are interested (i.e. no-one) Ground elder is my current bugbear (as per previous posts), but the couch grass is up there, as are the nettles, the brambles, and the bulbous rooted thing which is very pretty but infests anywhere at the drop of a hat and I do not want in the veg patch. Or grass either, I want that out of the veg patch. I have plenty of weeds. And funnily enough, flamethrowers/blow torches are marketed as a solution and are a damn sight more fun than breaking your back over a spade and fork.
I also need to blowtorch the empty beehives to sterilise them for any swarms that might want to move in.
