Sports massage woman was fab. Back feels better, right calf is a billion times better. Neck remains fucked though so I have to see someone else.

Dog was in my dream last night BTW. He and I were members of England's Commonwealth Games team. Athletics team I think. They were being held in Sicily (although obvs Italy not in the Commonwealth) and my hotel room had a lovely view of Mount Etna. Dog and I sat chatting on a bench in a garden. I've no idea what DH has been putting in the food but I'm inclined to let him carry on
