Come and stream from Turkish TV continue to speculate about the third series of The Musketeers, and when the BBC might decide to air it! Sweepstake open. Prize pictured (not actual size).

I'm confused by the League of Fandoms thing. I thought it was some sort of quiz, but do you just vote for your team?

SisterHelenoftheEternalCatchUp · 21/04/2016 22:15

A cunning plan Smile

tonight's unsolicited advice for wenches is to not take on a job that involves a lot of a language that you don't speak Hmm Oh well...

Cinnamoncookie · 21/04/2016 22:16

Ha, the Complete Walk coincides with the London Marathon on Sunday. So that's going to be fun organising the crowd control. Hopefully they'll put all the Shakespeare vids online, as there's no way I'm heading into town to fight with a million tourists and racewatchers

AnneEtAramis · 21/04/2016 22:42

Badders, why did you weigh his flour? Isn't that part of the cooking/ home ec thing?

Did we win???? I am completely and utterly baffled by this.

Evening all

Loved reading the Yorkshire Post article! Couldn't believe they'd been up at Saxton!!! They've got a cracking cricket pavilion. (Family Comtess know towns only by rating of clubs, pitches and pavilions). Should be fab! I've never actually read that playGrin. Only read Henry V after I'd seen the Branagh film Shock (heathen etc). Sounds fab though. I hope they do broadcast the films elsewhere for people who don't live in That London. (Or who Cba to get embroiled).

I love the marathon. Really rooting for Kelly Holmes this year.

AnneEtAramis · 21/04/2016 22:46

I am otherwise engaged this weekend but if I wasn't I would be at an education demo thin or the Shakespeare walk.

Although I think his death is a weird thing to celebrate I am loving how much Shakespeare there is everywhere.

MadamedeChevreuse · 21/04/2016 22:55

Evening wenches, bloody good job it's Thursday night as I could do with cheering up after the news about Prince Sad

Kiss - because the song is fab and the guitarist makes me PMSL Grin and Tom Jones covered it

SparklesRedHotChileLeather · 22/04/2016 07:07

Morning.

That thing is just a battle of the fandoms in terms of votes - so once we come up against one of the Division 1 shows we might have to bring in Vinnie.

I have decided I will not be watching the marathon on Sunday to avoid crying for the 2nd year running Sad FMR.

DartsTart · 22/04/2016 07:31

Morning - WW3 has already occurred in my house and have had BOth DC in bed last night ......... Plus bed wetting etc etc - roll on the weekend

LetUsPrey · 22/04/2016 07:43

Morning Wenches

Is it too early for Wine Dart? Purely medicinal of course.

Sparks.

All the Shakespeare stuff sounds fab.

Had another Santi dream but not a good one. I was at work in my actual RL office. Ranieri was there and I thought "I must ask him about Soccer Aid for the wenches". Didn't get chance but then Santi appeared and there was some flirting (badly on my part Blush). I asked if he was doing SA and he made an indication that he was injured. His bottom apparently. I offered to rub it better. He didn't quite roll his eyes but the vibe was there. Let's hope that one doesn't come true.

SisterHelenoftheEternalCatchUp · 22/04/2016 08:00

Comtess Grin I used to navigate by rugby clubs. Directions would be given in the style of "See that junction where you turn right to go to thatrugbyclub, well carry straight on as if' you're going to anotherrugbyclub but actually go past that turning too..." I think I've heard that The Complete Walk is going to Liverpool too, which is no sodding use for me either. Bet it won't come anywhere near rural sticks-land. Online would be ideal - Cinn - use your contacts in le showbiz to sort that would you?

Madame indeed. Though actually I can cope with 'le sigh', it's I'm struggling with. 'Le sigh' is 'le piece of piss' by comparison. Oh well. Ich stuggle onwards.

by WW3 I'm guessing you don't mean you have a houseful of HBFs in uniform being shouty and authoritative?

Wine for sparks at marathon disappointment. How is the running? Are you doing any or does it just trigger the injury?

Today I will mostly be working. (No change there then.) And DS has a school performancy thing tonight, which we must NOT forget to take him to. Wouldn't put it past myself. Brain the size of an amoeba, etc. Or more accurately 'attention span of... something with no attention span.'

In the meantime, please consider the tavern cleaned and drinks topped up for everyone. The pillows and duvets in the sick bay have been plumped up and.... Oh dear. I may have just made a fatal error there...

Happy Friday everyone

at LetUs's dream.

Obs2016 · 22/04/2016 08:08

Loving LetUs's dream!
Shame about Prince. I liked Purple Rain and the song he wrote for Sinead o'connor, nothing compares to you.

FancyFancy · 22/04/2016 09:02

Morning, amusing dream there letus! Grin

DartsTart · 22/04/2016 09:41

Love the dream - esp the "raising of the eye" bit - is the attention to detail your dreams go into that crack me up!!!

DartsTart · 22/04/2016 09:42

So the dogs have now eaten the shoes I was going to wear today - FML -
Grabs this HBF and slinks off to the stables to relieve some of my built up anger

Morning All.

Right Wenchi friends - I have had a long chat with myself and realised I need to spend A LOT less time online in social media and fangirling generally, as my RL is kinda falling apart a bit. Work shit mostly and some existential malaise thrown in... need to focus more... and sleep more.

So I'll decorate with lovely pics and wave Au Revior for the time being. I'll certainly pop back from time to time cos you have all welcomed me in and this place is fun. I'll be around occasionally on Twitter and FB if anyone wants to catch up.

xxxxx

SisterHelenoftheEternalCatchUp · 22/04/2016 12:58

Is that enough to make you stay? Sad Probably not. Of course RL comes first - we have other wenches drop in and out for similar reasons.
Have fun in the Real World, you know where we are, and come back to squeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee at S3 if nothing else - 'mkay?

Hope that work and existential crap get themselves together soon.

FancyFancy · 22/04/2016 15:08

Bloody RL eh ariadne? Make sure you're back in time for s3 so you can squee along with the rest of us won't you?

Was that one of the Dogs who ate you're shoes tart? Confused

Might be late to the party on this one, but have just noticed the fafness of Aramis' groin arrangements (I.e. trouser fastenings) is s 3 photos. Have posted illustrative photo in the snug plus one of Santi without shirt.

Just saying.....

MLGs · 22/04/2016 15:33

It's amazing how it can take over, isn't it, Ariadne?

Hangs own head also.
