Have no inspiration whatsoever. We both have Jan birthdays which is rubbish straight after Christmas and I've used up all my good ideas! He has very difficult tastes in music & books, doesn't play sport (apart from swimming & hiking).....arrgghh I just don't know.

Anyone got any ideas please!!!

Could you treat yourselves to a weekend away instead of pressies?

chocolateshoes · 07/01/2007 14:27

That would have been a great idea Surfermum if only I'd thought of it before my birthday. But I've had my birthday now & DP went to loads of trouble organising a treasure hunt with lots of lttle presents ending in a massge & manicure at health spa! How can I match that!

Could you organise a hiking day for the family, ending at a fab restaurant in the countryside and a taxi back?

Furball · 07/01/2007 15:01

National Trust membership for the pair of you?

Furball · 07/01/2007 15:02

An 'experience' at somewhere like Silverstone

chocolateshoes · 07/01/2007 18:34

Thanks but we're already NT members, & I know he'd hate Silverstone etc. have gone through all those...oh why is he so difficult to buy for. Did think about some better headphones for iPod but need some more to go with...
