Would negotiate a price for a Mumsnetter. Here's a link for you to have a look www.rightmove.co.uk/viewdetails-12200699.rsp?pa_n=2&tr_t=buy

I'll give you a tenner

I would never have realised that a terraced house could be so spacious! Looks lovely, but we're firmly ensconced in the south, even though dh is a Geordie with secret yearnings for his homeland!

Always thought all of you lot were softy southerners. Oh well, will just have to tell the Estate Agents to pull their collective fingers out.

There are quite a few in other areas - even Scotland and Wales. Didn't know they had computers there!

lou33 · 08/01/2007 19:48

i just asked my oh to buy it and let me look after it while he is away , but he said no

Rhubarb · 08/01/2007 19:50

Ok, a tenner and swapsie for my house in Carlisle. It's a tad smaller than yours mind, about the size of one of your bathrooms in fact, but that adds to it's charm!

blackandwhitecat · 08/01/2007 19:52

Yes, we're quite new to technology oop north. And anyone buying my house would have to shift the pigs from the kitchen, get themselves a goodly supply of cloth caps, clogs and whippets and get themselves down t'mill pretty sharpish. Obviously.

My dh had a pair of clogs when I first met him... really - it's true!
