Guests have all gone, house is largely back to normal & DD has been in pjs for a while already - it's been a lovely visit, but tiring. We shall all sleep well tonight.

I Want Candy is hilarious and cringable in equal measure, as per...the delicious MrB is by far the best thing in it. Natch. My fave has to be Third Star, Davy melts my cynical and frigid heart and makes me want to roll up with him in his tartan student blanket....although he gets a slap for his whining too. However his performance in Look, Stranger was extraordinary....bloody depressing film though.

I'd quite happily listen to TB being incomprehensible at me. In fact he often is on the poetry app things. My usual thoughts are along the lines of "I have no idea what he's on about, but who cares, his voice is aural melted chocolate." It's kind of like Kate Rusby but with FAF and impure thoughts added. (I think it was Jennifer Saunders who said she would happily listen to Kate Rusby singing a telephone book just for the pleasure of her voice - I agree)
