Help me think of a gift for my 40th..!

My husband wanted to buy me a ring for my upcoming 40th birthday, but due to the fact my hands are like a bunch of bananas, we can't find one that I like that fits...!

Can you help me think of another possible 'special' gift? I already have a spa day booked, and more clothes than I need...! I also already have a pandora bracelet with some beads.
