No worries at all, your not whinging, pain is awful for anyone as is discomfort. Hope everything is returning to normal now.
The call centre MS attack is funny now in retrospect, esp the Miss Hoolie 'what's the story' lights round my monitor. It's the only time I've lost the ability to talk (poor DH) but it's an awful state to be in, thinking your making total sense and your output being totally indistinguishable If I didn't find humour in it I'd end up in a worse state.
