playmobil - spare parts

ok so our playmobil toy has lasted two days and already we are losing crucial bits - tiny hooks etc.. i have failed to negotiate their website at all succesfuly, does anyone know if you can order tiny little bits, or is that just too much of a hassle for them...

We had a piece missing, can you imagine the panic from my dts1 age 5! I emailed them and they sent it, arrived within a couple of days. So they are fairly efficient for that at least.

For the tiddly bits that keep coming off, use glue, will save you a headache and footache if you happen to then stand on bit in your bare feet!
