Big day out for the Family Comtess today at the rugby and meeting up with ds1 which is lovely. Still weird when we aren't a 6, iyswim. Still cook too much food .

It was ep 5. It's something that happened to one of the main caracters, they don't show it, it's not a violent scene, but it upset me anyway. I know it's just a TV show but stuff like that gets me depressed.

Ikwym ccw the most distressing things for me in films etc are when they just suggest something and let you just imagine the rest.
