Hoping Series 3 and athos in charge with new baddies how I hated MW and his panto acting negates my disappointment at series 2 somewhat....

and that's all I can think of....slim pickin's from S2 However, I've a theory the very lovely and clever people in the production team have been listening to the wailing and gnashing of fans teeth wrt to S3.....

So they'll have heard all the clamouring for sexing it up with the right people in s3?

Badders I think I was at the front of the Badders and Norah queue for not being as impressed with S2.
It lacked all the humour, Witt, brotherhood of S1. We all laughed ALOT in S1, not so with S2. Hoping more of that comes back in S3.

Yeah, it just didn't seem as fun. And despite the later time and the darker tone, it wasn't as sexy, if that makes sense?

9 is great, I haven't got a DVD player so none of the 1st series for me, so you can both pick if you like, I think I've got all the episodes recorded, just let me know.

I quite liked season 2.

Athos does have all the best lines. Even if he makes them up himself.

I liked s 2 because there was plenty of Aramis. But less of Aramis' chest, so big downside.

It was definitely less witty than s1 though. And that's all I shall say now.

I also loved Season 2. No,nowhere near as funny but still my fave thing on TV.

Actually, carry on with RW without me. I could do with doing other stuff tonight.

I enjoyed s2 more on the rewatch as the tension was maintained without all the sodding scheduling issues, still missed the humour of s1 & agree it didn't feel sexier - not unless you find Rochefort's nipples and rape sexy . So, the tension of s2, the humour of s1 and liberal quantities of FAF - if s3 manages that, I will be in seventh heaven.

I liked S2 better when rewatching it. But not as good as S1 though, except the cupboard kiss which was AMAZEBALLS!!!!

Oh right, so maybe I should Rewatch the lot then?

It felt like the darker, more grown up storylines etc actually meant more violence rather than more sex. As if they'd completely missed the point wrt their audience.
