I bought £50 of gift cards for my boys to spend at Xmas, but they didn't like anything that was in the store at the time. The assistants told us ]when the store was seemingly being cleared out], that it was for a restock, but a week later, the store had closed. I can't use gift cards online and my nearest store is now in a town I rarely go to.
I have contacted Blue Inc and unsurprisingly had zero response. Any idea if I have any redress [thinking of when Woolworths closed down but don't recall what happened to their gift cards?
