Is there a car wash place near WElwyn Garden City?

I want one of those where they clean it by hand (i.e. not an automated ones in petrol stations or the DIY jet washes - the former because they scratch the paintwork and the latter because they are rubbish, rather than me being lazy!)

Anyone know of one local to WGC / Hertford at all?

Lots of shopping centres/supermarkets have car valeting businesses operating in their car parks - I think there is one in the big retail place at London Colney, can't remember seeing one at the Howard Centre - but I don't go there very often
