Went to Boots to get Eye Q capsules and noticed Efalex chewies were cheaper. Thought 'ting!' Efalex, yes heard of that from threads on mumsnet, so bought them - got them home and looked at the ingredients and it says - Sweetners (Acesulfame K, Saccharin)
Now I've in the last 12-18 months stopped buying anything with aspartamine in. I know the sweetners in the Efalex chewies are artificial but are they a cause for concern?
