AHHHH dyed my hair Orange HELP

I fancied a change in hair colour so thought I would go blonde from brown and anyway its gone orange!!!! does anyone know what I should do??

I dye my hair orange on purpose. I like it. Its black at the moment though.
Wear lots of brown so you match your clothes

2nd going to the hairdressers here if you can.

If you try to redye it, you'll probably make it worse.

Is it really that bad? Can you not tell people you did it on purpose?

I'm surprised Lulumama hasn't been on here to reassure you, after I told her all about my recent hair disaster (DH said my hair had gone blorange! )
Professional help is required if you really dislike it.
I'm just resorting to never going out in public again!

Well, too late to say should have done a strand test !!

ok, you need to go to the hairdressers as if you start re-dying it or doing stuff to it yourself, could make the colour worse......

a friend, who is a hairdresser, told me that the anti dandruff shampoos you can buy are great to strip colour out of your hair..!! not what they are for , but there you go ! buy some and try it to tone down the colour in the meantime

lol I wish it was that colour Quootiepie.... thats quite nice no this is bright should be blonde but gone badly wrong orange - I woulnt minde but has a right todo at work on Friday and have to face a directors meeting tomorrow and bright orange hari is not good! - If I try to dye it ash blonde wont that work!!!!

Oh, boy, I thought I was the only one. I wanted to go from blondish to brown as I was in my forties and wanted a less brassy look. Well, tried a nice light brown colour and got this awful orange colour. I took a chance and redied it the next day. I went with a dark blonde colour and ended up with a reasonable brown (but my scalp hurt a bit, likely burnt it with all those chemicals) but didn't care. Couldn't face the orange.

I am going to tescos at 6.30 tomorrow morning to buy another dye and do it again..... sometimes you have to laugh On friday I walked out of work because my boss is such an arse, on Saturday I was in A&E from 5.00 till 12.30 because my DS started limping he is only 2 and they made me hold him down to xray with him screaming then taking blood which was even worse turns out he has a bacteria infect in his hip then Sunday I dye my hair a bright almost blode but no bright orange colour if you didnt laugh you would cry !!!

I hope you are happier with the blonde (I am sure it is an improvement over the orange). I have found going from blonde to brown, if yous stick to a dark to medium blonde you end up with a nice shade of brown.
