pleas help with your ideas for my objections to change of use from offices to taxi booking office and installtion of radio antenna

...we are in the process of building a house which faces on to a narrow street (the width of abin lorry with no pavements) and obviously no parking. There is an application for a taxi off ice and radio antenna exactly opposite the house..I don't want it there ..ideas on how to constructively object to it? And how to write the email to the planners?
