I'm with BT & I can't get my emails is it a POP3 server and what's the next bit supposed to be?

in outlook -

open TOOLS, Accounts, Email then Add, type in the BT details

pop3.bt.co.uk?
stmp.bt.co.uk ?

Passqword is in - it's these to entries that are wrong (I think)

I have done this lots of times before

I paid £20 to a child & he fixed it

Is that exploitation?

glad you got it fixed I am with bt but had no idea how to fix it either
