Help...How can i post a letter to someone travelling in Spain?

My sister is travelling in Spain at the moment and i urgently need to post her a letter (from Ireland) (although also welcome replies from UK as we are quite close to the border).

the problem is she is travelling by camper van and never knows in advance which camp site she will be staying in.

where can I post the letter to that she will be able to collect it? if she knows what town she will be in next week, can I send it c/o the post office in that town?

I'm really stuck, any advice or thoughts would be great

is this any help? its says you can use the service abroad, but you would need to check and it might cost to pick up the mail.

I used to send/receive mail Post Restante all the time when I was travelling when I was younger (20 years ago) and more recently in China. It probably works better in small towns than larger ones (where there might be confusion as to which post office).
