Is there anywhere I can order a custom made calendar?

I'm trying to find a Patrick Dempsey calendar (actor in Gray's Anatomy) for my friend for Christmas but no-one seems to make them. Does anyone know if there's a website, or shop anywhere that does custom made calendars? Or has anyone seen a Patrick Dempsey calendar anywhere?
