papillon · 08/05/2004 12:03

Yum! haven´t had yorkshire for ages... nor beef for that matter.

where do u live gloworm (if u don´t mind me asking)

Easy · 08/05/2004 12:23

Now you've done it, I'm trying desperately to encourage dh to lose weight, but now I really want to make toad-in-hole for dinner tonight. Not exactly a low fat option tho'

I love yorkshire pud, any excuse will do.

gloworm · 08/05/2004 12:29

papillion, i'm from donegal

fairyfly · 08/05/2004 12:46

I honestly haven't had one for years, i forgot, i will forget again, not doing that on a regular basis. Toad in the hole, fantastic, i think my boys may like that.

Yorkshire pudding with jam on is really nice. Other good combinations: cheddar with jam on, celery with peanut butter.

suzywong · 08/05/2004 13:42

Please tell me it was Hellmans

popsycal · 08/05/2004 13:43

my sis used to dip satsuma segments and pickled onions in weetabix made with hot milk

fairyfly · 08/05/2004 13:57

Suzy of course!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Popsy that is vile

OP posts:
suzywong · 08/05/2004 14:00

Glad to hear it FF
Popsy that is the most unsavory combination I have ever heard of.

popsycal · 08/05/2004 14:00

gross isnt it

popsycal · 08/05/2004 14:01

the sheer smell of hot milk brings back childhood traumas because of this!!!

i can just about bring myself to feed weetabix to ds if I don't inhale near it.....

suzywong · 08/05/2004 14:04

How's she doing by the way?

popsycal · 08/05/2004 14:06

going to see her this afternoon....

carla · 08/05/2004 14:06

I think fry-ups are fantastic for hangovers. As is cold pizza from the night before (but that WAS pre-children)...

suzywong · 08/05/2004 14:09

Ahhhh Carla
Was wondering when I was going to bump in to you again, I believe you have an issue with my youngest son's name??????

Good Pops, will catch up on the other thread

Hi Jack over, back to vile food combinations

Lisa78 · 08/05/2004 14:15

I have lemon juice and mint sauce on omelette

And I eat pizza in the bath! does that count!?!

carla · 08/05/2004 14:15

suzywong · 08/05/2004 14:16
