But do you need the special trainers and how much are they????

hi, I think it's about £20 (I'm in Switzerland and paid 45 francs which is about £19). -they only work with nano mind, but it's got great reviews.
As for trainers, There was a reviw site that showed alternative ways of attaching it to other trainers, but in the end I bought some trainers purely cos he needed a new pair anyway. woldnt've bothered otherwise. can see if i can find it again.

And as to why I am up so early - DS woke up at 4 and wouldn;t go back to sleep - he has a cold so I plonked him in our bed and really can;t get any sleep in bed with 2 sweaty men and it is bloody freezing downstairs so thought I would wile away some time on Mumsnet - Once again thanks again for replying.
