Im new here and wondering about the small business ads

Hello,

Im new here. I am a work at home mum with 2 online businesses and an 11 month old son.

I was wondering does everyone look at the small business ads on here? I posted a ad on there but wondered if people actually look lol!

I hope to chat on here when I have the time- things are pretty hectic at the moment with Christmas approaching

ypou may find you have to keep bumping it yourself in a hoho i have added some new products and have you seen our great spotted tea cosies are reduced etclol

it dpends how interesting it is

I do keep bumping it. I think my businesses are really interesting and sell fantastic products

I doubt many people specifically visit the topic areas looking for ways to spend money IYSWIM.... ie. look, I've just found £20, let's buy something fabulous etc. but I do think people read the ads because (a) the businesses are often interesting / relevant and (b) people recgonise these companies are supporting mumsnet by advertising.

Just post / bump it when you feel it is needed or when you have fresh news !

pmsl, btw re: the poo stickers on your site, but I haven't "been there, done that" yet...

Oh, and finally, you will find that if you integrate into the community here people will recognise your name more and be more interested, so maybe erm, start posting ?

I will start posting. Its just hard to find the time really espeically when I hand apint all the products for one of my businesses.
