You can get smallish ones - don't know how good they are though - or authentic!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

very difficult I think cos you have to master circular breathing.

dp has one and has never managed it.

Much harder than trumpet, but a trumpet player would find it easier than most I think (IYSWIM).

They are very difficult to play.

Next to impossible, I'm afraid. DH bought one at the Lambeth Country Show last year and still hasn't managed a convincing note.
