childhood toys.....what was the bloomin' thing called that i used to love?

I used to play on this bouncy ball type thing in the 80's. It was shaped like the planet Saturn and you had to stand on the outer ledge bit and jump up and down. I really want to get one again (not for me of course.....cough cough) but can't remember for the life of me what they were called. You can get something called a Hip Hoppa now but its not that. Help!

the ball was a different colour to the plastic bit...you had to kind of grip it with your feet didn't you.....

I had one called a Trimball

We all had them at school, it used to ruin the inner side of our school shoes

It's called a Lolo ball apparently

I'm going to order it and hope i'm not too heavy for it! I forgot that I'm a few pounds heavier than I was 20 years ago!

I spent a lot of my childhood falling off of those things!

They have lots in the playground at dd's school, so they must be fairly readily available I should think.

There are two on Ebay.I'm going to get one of those.

I just asked DH to buy me one for Christmas and he said "yeah sure" then carried on building the Eiffel Tower out of Duplo. I really think its time we grew up.
