Its my mum and dads and also my in-laws anniversaries the week after next, and they have been married for 27 and 33 years respectively.

Does anyone have the list of symbols / objects / whatever you call them, which are significant for these anniversaries?

Thanks,

x

is this what your after?

Mum2Ela · 05/05/2004 08:12

misdee you are brilliant!

Thats exactly what I am looking for. All the websites I found only listed the 'biggies' and left the ones in between.

So its 'sculpture' for my parents and 'amethyst' for DH's (is that the red stone?). Blimy, what will I buy them?

Amythist is a pink/purple stone. It is also the birthstone for February (may find out more about it on a search for that). Semi-precious so not as expensive as some

I have to get to 55 as I love emeralds. Just celebrated our tin one though! We bought a timeshare as our present!

Mum2Ela,
Try this one. It supposedly gives th emodern equivalents. All a marketing ploy if you ask me but interesting none the less...
